CMR Recruitment is something that I am proud to be a part of because we make a difference and go the extra mile to help those that have identified a need for a new member of staff within their business. Before I began at CMR, I had recently returned from travelling New Zealand and although I had no previous knowledge of Recruitment, I was looking for a role in a completely new field where I could carve a career. Every team member at CMR has been DISC Profiled and so we are all completely aware of each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
This means that in our working environment everyone is being supported in a way that suits them so they are able to achieve their potential – even if that does mean that I’ve been labelled as the Chatterbox!
Our recruitment process is designed to allow us to really get to know our candidates and their needs allowing us to decipher whether or not the role that we are recruiting for will tick all of the candidate’s boxes, before they begin the interview process with the client rather than 6 months down the line of starting a new role. It also enables us to build relationships with our candidates from the outset and we are there to support them through the highs and the lows, which makes it all the more satisfying when a candidate succeeds and is placed in a role, that we know they genuinely want and deserve. My favourite part of my job is phoning a company and having the phone answered there by someone that I have placed in the role, knowing the process that they would have gone through to get there.
