Having completed a degree Lauren knew this wasn’t the industry she wanted to pursue as a career, but that the knowledge and skills she had gained would transition well into the right role. Throughout her education Lauren worked within Customer Service roles including her 4 years within the John Lewis Partnership who continue to give a strong emphasis on quality service in their training. It is from this and her own experiences that she understands the importance of exceptional customer service no matter the situation.

Lauren approached CMR Recruitment as a potential candidate and off the back of it found herself becoming part of the CMR team. Ever since she has significantly developed and to date has found her niche. In starting as a Resourcer and progressing to Consultant and now Office Manager, Lauren is still able to offer the important customer service element but from all angels of the business. Known for her energy and genuine approach Lauren is well remembered by candidates and clients.
