Our Process

We know how important it is to get it right for both the candidate and client and so with our thorough screening we ensure all boxes are ticked. Our recruitment process runs over 2 weeks and follows the below schedule:
Week 1 : Advertising the role using various job titles on a variety of job board publications
Week 2 : CV Screening on Advertising response and Searching
Week 2 : Telephone Screening and Telephone Interviewing
Week 2 : Interviewing and Face to face / Skype meetings
Week 2 : Shortlist presented to the client
